Returns/Exchange

We do not accept return or exchange, especially with a customized order. Please review product details and sizing before ordering. Contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, only partial refunds are possible due to personalized and made-to-order products.

Replacements

We offer replacements in the following cases

Damaged Order: Contact us with clear photos of the damage for a replacement.

Lost Order: If your order is lost in transit, we'll work to locate or replace it.

Wrong Design: If there's a discrepancy between the advertised photos and the product you receive, contact us with details and photos for a replacement.

Refunds

Partial refunds will be processed if products arrive with stains or late compared to the expected delivery time. Meanwhile, full refunds will be processed when the order is damaged (with photos provided); orders are lost, or there's a discrepancy between the advertised photos and the product you receive
